Mission organisations and other
colleges:
As a mission training
college, we have many partnerships with mission agencies, organisations
and colleges:
- Several of our lecturers
and associate lecturers are current mission partners, and combine their work with
time 'on the field'. All our faculty and many of our support staff have experience in cross-cultural
mission.
- We work very closely with a growing number of agencies
who shape our thinking on course developments and delivery. Many are
involved in teaching, bringing valuable field experience to our
training programme.
- Many of our events are
organised in partnership with mission agencies.
- A large number
of our students have placements
with or go on to work
as mission partners with various agencies working around the world.
They can use their time at Redcliffe to find out more about mission
organisations, and explore working with them.
- We have
partnerships with several colleges allowing us to students who have
studied with them to complete a validated degree at Redcliffe.
Multi-agency Partnerships:
Increasingly
there are a number of parties
involved with a student training at Redcliffe and we can structure a
training agreement, often between the student, home church, receiving
church or mission agency and the College, to ensure that we tailor the
training experience to the specific needs of students and their
ministry.
Church Links:
We value enormously
our links with
churches. Representatives from students’ churches are invited to visit
the College on Home Church Leaders’ Day and members of local churches
attend lectures as
day students or come to special events at the
College.
Global Connections:

Global Connections is a network of UK agencies, churches, colleges and support services linked together for resources, learning and representation. We are members of Global Connections. In addition, Global Connections partner with us in organising several regular events at Redcliffe:
European Consultation and
Preparing Families for Life Overseas
