An introduction from Rob Hay, Principal 

 
Rob Hay, Redcliffe's principal, introduces the Redcliffe staff team, many of whom have significant cross-cultural mission experienceAs Principal, it is my privilege to introduce to you the Redcliffe staff team. Made up of people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, we work closely together to provide the best possible experience for students, from the first enquiry to graduation day and beyond.

As a staff team we know the value of mission training and we are all passionate about seeing people follow the call of the Lordship of Christ on their lives. We are fully committed to supporting students during their time at college, not just in academic matters, but also practically and pastorally.

Our academic faculty have first hand experience working in cross-cultural mission, as do many support staff. Staff are also involved in local church life and ministries outside the college, from children's work to church planting.
