Redcliffe was originally a step of faith to respond to unmet training needs. In 1892 no college would equip visionary single women for life-changing ministry – so Redcliffe College stepped in where others wouldn't.
Today our vision is still to offer cutting-edge training to men, women and families involved in cross-cultural mission in a fast-changing world. We have always been innovative in our approach to training and we continue to rise to the challenging changes in mission.
In addition, our students already make significant sacrifices to come to the College for the training they need to follow God's call on their lives, so we don't pass on the full cost of training to our students. For the same reason we are reluctant to increase our fees. But this means that this year we need to find about £1,000 for each of the 90+ students we are training for future strategic ministries.
Thanks to the generosity of individual supporters and some trusts we are confident of receiving over half of the total we need. However, each year we need £30,000-£40,000 to cover all the costs of running the College.
