Global Leadership Initiative

The challenges of leadership are nowhere more acute than when working in a multi-cultural or global context. The Global Leadership Initiative focuses on these areas of leadership, aiming to equip today's - and tomorrow's - leaders to lead effectively in global contexts.

The areas of activity of the Global Leadership Initiative include:

Research

into the challenges of leading at a global level.

Information

Redcliffe principal Rob Hay's blog focuses on leadership, with comment and links to resources you may find helpful.

Teaching

Leadership is taught at all levels of the college courses. In particular the MA in Global Leadership in Intercultural Contexts helps to develop the skills of those already in, or preparing for a leadership position.

Partnership

The Global Leadership Initiative is developing partnerships with other leadership focussed organisations such as the Claybury Trust and Mission Mentoring.

Do you feel under pressure or considered by others to be indestructible; impervious to the very real stresses and strains of your ministry?

You will be equipped to flourish and thrive in the face of the stresses of your ministry. You will be enabled to be alert to your sources of stress and you will have an opportunity develop your own personal strategies for mastering them.

Colin Buckland, Claybury InternationalThe seminar leader is Colin Buckland, a founder and Chief Executive of Claybury International. Colin works internationally developing Christ-centred Christian leaders. He is an author and an associate member of Redcliffe’s faculty.
