Steve Everett, 02 December 2004 Steve shares his experience that organisations can regularly experience the miraculous in our work and a greater degree of effectiveness. Therefore the character and spiritual development of staff must be a priority but this is costly in time, effort and resources. He concludes with a warning that an organisation must not become God; where it does, it should close, for these are destructive to the individuals within it. more>
