 Pick and Mix
This course is less structured than the the 12-week Across the Cultures course and you can study between one and four terms (6 to 18 weeks), starting throughout the academic year.
As this course is not validated, it allows you to select the most appropriate subjects from the Applied Theology Diploma, with more flexible assessment depending on your requirements.
You can also study topics of specific personal interest under the guidance of Redcliffe tutors.
For more details about the modules available to you on the 'Pick and Mix' course, please take a look at the Diploma Modules PDF Download (please note that assessments are optional).
"A pick and mix approach means I’m able to study the subjects I want to in the time I have available. The modules I've chosen are equipping me to face difficult situations and choices that may be found in cross-cultural situations." (student)
A student's perspective...
Not sure what to expect from a short course? Then why not read the following articles where former short-course students reflect on their 'Redcliffe experiences'.
"Lectures are a challenge to explore the insights of others and develop our own opinions and are an excellent preparation for the realities of mission in a changing world. The atmosphere is a supportive one where questions and uncertainty can be freely expressed." (student)
