David suggests that a Christian organisation that prays together can be a great asset but it can also expect unreasonable loyalty.  We need to be both loyal and independent.

Steve shares his experience that organisations can regularly experience the miraculous in our work and a greater degree of effectiveness.  Therefore the character and spiritual development of staff must be a priority but this is costly in time, effort and resources.  He concludes with a warning that an organisation must not become God; where it does, it should close, for these are destructive to the individuals within it.

Are mission partners in faith missions seen as a source of potential income for an agency?  Is an agency irresponsible when it seconds a mission partner to a situation it knows to be toxic?  These and other questions come from someone who has experienced toxic organisations first-hand.
